The item arrived but the box was so damaged that the franch postal sevice had to repare the box. I was afraid of famages, but luckely everything functioned. The seller should spend more money on properly packing. It happens too often that items are damage by cheap carton boxen, not strong enough for transport.

It was delivered 6 days after ordering and the packaging was carefully done without any damage. As other users have reviewed, the chainsaw included in this package, unlike electric pruning shears, does not work independently when connected to a battery. It must be mounted on an extension pole to operate, which is a bit disappointing.
The plastic cover supporting the chain tension adjustment bolt of the chainsaw is weak, so there is a possibility of damage if tightened too hard. I think it would be safer to find slightly longer bolts of the same caliber, replace them so that the bolt head protrudes outside the cover, and place a washer on the outside of the cover to distribute the force received when adjusting chain tension. I also repair and use other brands of 6-inch chainsaws in the same way.

The item is fantastic, but in the received box it was missing the 6” chain guide. There was no way for a partial refund, the only option was the total return (totally crazy!!!) I tried several times to discus with no success. Everithing drops to the full return, option i can not satisfy since i’m already working with the items

Unfortunately, the packaging was not in good condition. Partially covered with cheap tape. Fortunately, everything works. Simply amazing how this shears easily cuts through the thickest branches. Very fun to work with! Before use, I put a little oil on the moving parts.
Then I hope it lasts a long time.

The item was quite late in delivery also the carton that the tool came in was badly damaged some of the tools was about to fall out of the carton. See attached photos.

Postal costs to me, they ask the item sent for «ulterior» proofs beyond those already provided (video of the faulty item and shipping receipt) — and do not intend to refund due to supposedly insufficient proof. Perfect for the pruner. good design and robust. Very bad design the pierce? Does the electric wiring cable absorb a pair of the power of the receiver (sicker or chainsaw)? reduction by 2 of the branch diameter? Do you need to have 3 hands to deploy the pierc? The rotation of the tool is on the wrong side (head rather than handle) 5 stars for the pruner but 2 for the pierc.

The chain saw was damaged at the arrival: the bolt for regulating the tensile stress on the chain was not engaged with the plastic protective box, and the metter makes the chainsaw unusable. I think it is not a transport damage but a fault on production assembly and quality test before shipping. I arranged to repair the piece by myself but it would be better to receive a new plastic protective box. Anothe matter it is the arrangement for safety push button on both the tools, chainsaw and scissor cutter and on the pole: it seems never used and it is faulty/blocked on the first use, it is tricky and requires a double push with asingle hand (two different fingers) very difficult. The design should be improved by using a rotating mechanism, for the double push makes the use of the tools very hard and the hand becames very tired in a very short time.
